Terrible attitude from staff member. Indian girl was too worried about being on her phone and walking away from me to have conversations rather than assist me when I asked for help. Think I heard the name janet or something I really don’t care. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked nicely for some prices and opinion and I got one word answers after sighs when she had to put her phone down to interact. I’m sorry but your job is not to text people and film tik toks. Walked out and bought nothing since employees like her thinks us willing to purchase customers are an inconvenience to your screen time

Dear Coach Team, I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had during a recent visit to your store while on a girls’ trip vacation. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted at the door, which immediately set a positive tone. Shaqwan stood out as exceptionally personable and attentive—he made sure our shopping experience was seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. His approach truly reflected outstanding customer service. Cassidy was also a pleasure to interact with and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. Because of this experience, I will absolutely make it a point to stop by again whenever I am in the area. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service and for having such a great team in place. Warm regards, Janette

This outlet is right off the highway as soon as you come into the Atlantic City area the outlet area and there is parking two blocks down if needed if you’re staying at a hotel nearby, you can just walk there. This is hands down the best outlet I have visited many many times but today I was helped by the best associate iwho was patient and helpful also went above and beyond to make sure even if they didn’t have at that location that I was able to order at another location with the supply would be available by a pay link provided. We have shopped here for many years and never knew. Thank you CAITLIN. You are the best.PLEASE ask for Caitlin you won’t be disappointed. As you can see we bought a lot of stuff never even knew they had coach bags this big😁😁Tell them susan sent you. Nancy was the associate who welcomed us and assisted us with exceptional warmth and professionalism. She truly deserves five stars. While the other staff members were polite, their presence felt more procedural than engaged. In contrast, Nancy genuinely took the time to assist us—she showed us options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and demonstrated clear knowledge and enthusiasm for her work. She also noticed that my husband and I are fans of Coach and made personalized suggestions accordingly, which made the experience feel attentive and authentic. Thanks to her dedication, we will certainly return and continue purchasing from the brand. Thank you, Nancy, for a truly excellent experience.

My favorite store when visiting Tanger Outlets. Needed some new earring and also picked a necklace. The quality of the merchandise and the longevity of the wear keeps me coming back. Spent less than $100 and was very happy with my purchase. Didn’t find any purses I liked this visit but I will be back. Staff went above and beyond to find me and unopened jewelry still wrapped for my purchase.
